I.S.F. is a young dynamic company founded by two industry professionals with over 20 years’ experience in the property market. As early as the mid-1980’s, they were looking at innovative ways to provide the best service to potential buyers and sellers of property : at their instigation, an association of estate agents in the Bordeaux area was formed to establish a centralised data-base of property for sale.

However, experience has shown that in spite of the many different ways that agents can market property, the market share of transactions made by estate agents remains static at 50%, even though the majority of purchasers do contact estate agencies. Our aim is to get to the root of the problem : the poor level of customer service offered in our profession.

In order to tackle this problem, it is essential to give negotiators the chance to make a reasonable living from their chosen profession, and to have access to professional  on-going training.
We have a chosen a different way of operating : every I.S.F. negotiator manages  his or her own database of properties, and is the sole point of contact for both the vendor and the purchaser.
